Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us via email and return the Bike-Hook with all included accessories for a refund of the product purchase price.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of delivery.
Returned products must be received in good condition and include all originally supplied components and accessories.
Built-to-Order Products
All Bike-Hook products are manufactured after purchase according to the vehicle model and bicycle specifications selected by the customer during ordering.
Each Bike-Hook is fabricated after an order is received and is built specifically for its intended vehicle application and bicycle fork configuration.
Fabrication Projects
Returns are accepted for standard Bike-Hook products offered for sale on our website and product pages, subject to the return conditions outlined above.
However, products manufactured for vehicles, applications, or specifications not offered as standard products on the Bike-Hook website are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun.
Examples may include prototype applications, special vehicle fitments, modifications, or products manufactured outside our standard custom built offerings.
