E-Bike Review: 

A Pennsylvania customer graciously agreed to test e-bikes for us and here are the results.  Thank you, Stephan Rountree, for taking the time to share your thoughts. 

"Looks good, 83lbs hanging for 72 hours with no deflection of the door, no change in the bracket...Satisfied the unit will support my 55-57lb bikes with tire and battery removed."

Super happy with our bike rack from Bike-Hook They've been ~4000 miles this fall without any issues! We did recently get a cover to help protect the bikes from elements.
Craig and Monica were wonderful, communicative and easy to work with!  No movement, no road noise, no issues with the paint. My boyfriend is able to mount and unmount them by himself and he can get them up/down in under 5 minutes by himself. We have different fork types, and they've worked flawlessly for both!
We do use a ratch strap while driving, anchored to the upper door hinges, which is super easy and primarily for my peace of mind.
They kindly did our mounts at an angle for us so that we could mount them on the same door.
Highly recommend!

"I got the coolest new bike mounts for Christmas. These mounts will allow me to open/close my doors. With the other hitch mount we had, we had to lower it every time we wanted to open the doors. Bike-Hook traveled from Canada to the beautiful Florida Keys.  Helene enjoyed soaking up the sun and cruising around Key West.  This is the view from her campsite at Bahia Honda State Park and Bike-Hook's new mascot.  We had the pleasure of meeting Helene as she traveled through Georgia.  We love putting faces with emails and orders.  Most importantly, we love happy campers!   
 
Our newest Maryland friends sent this picture of their bikes hooked on their Transit.  They wasted no time putting them to use.  Thanks, Andi, for sharing.  We are so glad that you're enjoying your Bike-Hooks!

It’s all about customer feedback ✊🏾 I had the pleasure of working with Craig/ Monica @bike.hook and after a weekend of testing on dirt/washboard roads, i can say this product is legit. We love how the mount does not have to live full time on the Van, the mount works with your thru axle and its a quick hook & go. CUSTOM hooks
Customer wanted to have a “custom mount” made for her boyfriends downhill race bike.  It need a special front hub mount due to the extra large front forks and suspension.  We easily swapped it out and it shipped..
He LOVED the simplicity of carrying his bike.  “Thank you so much for the Bike-Hook,.. This is working PERFECT” - 
Jeff requested a custom mount with special mounting brackets.  We ordered the brackets and built his mount to his specs.
